S Cubed at APBA Shine 2025: Highlights from Dallas

You know those events where you walk in and instantly feel like you’re part of something bigger?
That was the APBA Annual Conference in Dallas for us.
On March 27–28, our S Cubed team packed up our booth, flew into sunny Dallas, and joined a buzzing crowd of behavior analysts, educators, students, and practitioners from all over.
We’d been looking forward to it for weeks but what we didn’t expect was how much the people, the conversations, and the energy of the event would stay with us afterward.
The People Made It Special
Right from the first coffee-fueled morning, the place was alive with energy.
People weren’t just there to check a box or sit through slides, they were there to connect. To swap stories, share challenges, learn something new, or just geek out over their passion for the work they do.
The keynote sessions set the tone beautifully. Dr. John Borrero’s talk on social validity and outcomes had everyone nodding along, while Dr. Malika Pritchett brought so much energy in her session on innovation and imagination in behavior analysis. It wasn’t just theory, it was the kind of stuff you carry back to your own work.
For us at S Cubed, it was a chance to listen more than we talked. We showed people what we’ve been building, sure, but the best moments were when someone leaned in and said:
“Here’s what I’m dealing with… can your tool help with that?”
Those real, honest conversations? That’s what we’ll remember most.
What We Took Away
Yes, there were incredible keynotes and sessions, talks that made us scribble notes and whisper “oh wow” to each other.
But the heart of the event wasn’t just the content; it was the why behind it all. Every presentation, every hallway chat kept coming back to the same thing:
real people, real lives, real change.
Behind every graph, every data point, every intervention strategy… there’s a story.
A child learning a new skill.
A family finding hope.
A professional giving their best every single day.
And that hit home for us in a big way.
S Cubed’s Role in It All
We left Dallas with more than business cards and swag bags.

We came back with a sharper sense of purpose: to keep building tools that take the heavy lifting off people’s plates so they can focus on what really matters, the work, the relationships, the impact.
Because at the end of the day, S Cubed isn’t about software. It’s about making someone’s day easier, smoother, and maybe even a little bit brighter.
Let’s Keep Talking
To everyone who stopped by our booth, thank you. For the laughs, the questions, the stories, and the warmth.
If we didn’t get to chat or if you want to continue the conversation, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll keep it simple and real, just like in Dallas.
Until next time, APBA. We’ll be back with more to share and even more to learn.
